My wife and I purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 from Sound Motors a few weeks ago. The check engine light came on the day we brought it home. They took the car back and corrected all the issues. No questions asked! No hesitation! Just great service. Jorge and Demi are the absolute best. Two months ago I bought a Mercedes S550 2007. This is my first car and I am happy. I was looking for such a car for about a year and I was lucky. I came and did a test drive. They did not try to sell me this car, no pressure. Very professional managers. Despite the age of the car, they helped me get a loan on good terms. They also did the registration of the car, so I did not have to go to the UAV. The car is technically in perfect condition. Later I did diagnostics of all systems and only a couple of sensors did not work. This is a really great deal. I am very grateful and highly recommend this dealer. Thank you very much!
